What we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, site location and the description of your enquiry. We do not collect more than we need to respond to you and scope the work.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver contracted services and meet our record-keeping obligations under work health and safety and environmental law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Site and compliance records

Hazardous materials work generates regulated documentation such as notifications, registers, monitoring results and clearance certificates. These records may contain property details and contact information and are retained for the periods required by law.

Storage and security

Information is stored on access-controlled systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Third parties

We share information only where the job requires it (for example laboratories, licensed waste facilities and regulators) or where the law requires disclosure. Our website hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the site.
